Miso Dressing and Glaze ========================= This is two similar receipes. Instructions are the same. Recipe 1: Miso Dressing - 3 tbsp miso paste (white, light or yellow) - 2 tbsp sesame oil (not toasted) - 1 tbsp white wine or rice vinegar - 1 tbsp orange juice - 1.5 tsp tbsp soy sauce - 1.5 tsp maple syrup or honey (or sugar) - Optional: 1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger Recipe 2: Miso Glaze - 2 tbsp miso paste - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp sugar (or maple syrup or honey) - 1/4 tsp Sriracha hot sauce - 1/4 tsp Kosher salt Instructions (same for either receipe): - Whisk all ingredients together - Use dressing on salad and store in refrigerator for up to 1 month - Use glaze on fish, tofu, veggies, etc (enough for 1-2lbs)
